Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time for online orders

All orders are processed within 5-10 business days according to Amazon’s delivery policies. Orders shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays will be subject to the customer preference and status on Amazon.in.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment processing time for other sales channels

Delivery time will be 3-5 business days from the moment the purchase is confirmed and payments are received. If the customer does not count with a logistic partner, Sanyo Koreatex will provide with a solution only if the shipment is local.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping Policy

 

Shipment processing time for domestic freight

Our products are manufactured and packed in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. Fulfilment of the container or consolidation of the goods will be done within this jurisdiction and its arrival to Mumbai Port will take 5-7 days.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing the details of your shipment.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Sanyo Koreatex​ is only responsible for all the customs and taxes applied to your order until that order arrives the international port. All fees imposed after shipping to final destination are the responsibility of the customer (forwarding, tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

Sanyo Koreatex​ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during international shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
