Established in 2002, Sanyo Koreatex Pvt. Ltd has been launched with the main production function of manufacturing high-quality thermal bonded, non-woven fibre healthcare mattresses and bedding products for home, hospitality, medical & defence supply under eco-friendly processes and with the use of recyclable materials. Since then, the company has been successfully feeding the market with superior quality products.

Its infrastructure includes a state-of-the-art Korean plant imported to India specially for the manufacture of mattresses, however, Sanyo Koreatex has diversified its range to pillow and cushion fillers, toppers and covers, pads, mats, daybed mattresses and other textile furniture.

Our thermal bonding process involves the application of heat and pressure on the fibre in order to generate the desired density of the non-woven padding by using calendar rollers which are embossed metal rolls that smoothen every surface. Unlike other standard products, our designs and structures are very durable and flexible, preventing them from deformations or cracks for a longer period of time.
